Blending well loved Merlot with the flagship Romanian grape Feteasca Neagra, only the free run juice was used for this wine' 15 days of controlled temperature fermentation before the wine was clarified and naturally cold stabilised by storage in outside tanks during the winter. Lightly filtered and then directly bottled while fresh. Deep pink with purple
